📋 Description

• Monitor the travel alias and ATS for new requests • Respond to Technician messages within 2 business hours • Book lodging, flights, and rental cars for Technicians • Update reservations for time off, end of assignments, and hotel moves • Troubleshoot hotel, flight, and rental issues and assist with timely resolution • Assist the Technician Care Manager with booking travel for Labor Dispute projects • Source hotel options through approval vendors based on availability and budget • Build relationships with external vendors to obtain suitable lodging • Provide backup coverage for Technician Care functions, including issue resolution, training issuance, and Rapid Card issuance • Conduct audits of existing travel reservations • Use company-mandated tools for texting and calls • Collaborate with departments and participate in meetings • Complete other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong multitasking abilities • Willingness to learn new tools, technology, and software • Growth mindset • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite products • Comfortable working remotely, including on-camera in a team meeting environment • Previous corporate travel arrangements experience is a plus • Previous staffing industry experience is a plus • Bullhorn ATS experience is a plus
