📋 Description

• Create illustrations and visual assets for teams across Flipper • Create internal visual assets for various teams across the company • Design HR materials, including visual assets for job postings • Design and format internal presentations • Develop, document, and maintain the company’s design style guide • Create visual content for social media • Support specific product-related design tasks as needed • Handle ad hoc design requests from different teams across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hand-drawing and illustration skills, without relying on AI-generated visuals • Strong visual eye and good sense of aesthetics • Ability to quickly explore and produce multiple visual concepts and variations • Hands-on approach to design; AI should be a supporting tool, not a substitute for the designer’s own work • Solid proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator • B1–B2 level of English • Portfolio link required with the application
