📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites (up to 100%) to install, maintain, and support DFR systems • Conduct site assessments to confirm power, mounting, connectivity, and access requirements • Install and configure hardware including cameras, drone docks, and supporting infrastructure • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in the field • Complete installation documentation, including photos, notes, and service records • Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve field operations • Communicate effectively with customers during installation and support activities • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and applicable codes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with drone systems, surveillance technology, or public safety environments • Experience in field-based work, such as construction, low-voltage installation, telecommunications, or similar technical environments • FAA Part 107 Certification or willingness to obtain within 45 days of hire • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively • Familiarity with MacOS, Windows, or Android • Experience in a customer-facing field service role • Basic understanding of networking, electrical systems, and mechanical assembly • Ability to work independently or in small groups • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights
