📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design partners • Own end-to-end design and execution for major features and new offerings • Define end-to-end design strategy for mission-critical feature areas from conception through launch and post-launch iteration • Translate complex AI capabilities and requirements into intuitive, trustworthy experiences • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Leadership to define product strategy and feature opportunities • Ensure product surfaces are polished, easy to use, visually delightful, and consistent across the enterprise platform and design system • Conduct and leverage qualitative and quantitative data, including user research, testing, and analytics, to guide design decisions and evaluate success • Own design execution in Figma, delivering concept designs, high-fidelity prototypes, and clear specifications to engineering partners • Deliver high-quality work with velocity in a fast-paced environment • Act as a design leader within the team and bring clarity and alignment across projects • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence • Design human-centered tools that automate repetitive accounting work, detect anomalies, and surface insights in real time

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience designing and shipping high-quality, complex SaaS or enterprise products • Proven ability to lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for major initiatives, including new features and products from 0-1 • Robust portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, interaction design, and strategic thinking • Experience with data-heavy applications, workflows, or sophisticated tooling • Expert-level proficiency with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma • Experience contributing to robust design systems • Experience using AI-powered tools such as Figma Make, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others • Familiarity with designing AI-driven features, including user controls, trust management, and translating complex models into clear user value • Strong strategic collaboration skills • Ability to articulate design rationale clearly and persuasively to product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders • Experience with qualitative user research, including interviews and testing • Experience with quantitative data, including analytics • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and tackle ambiguous problem spaces • Visa sponsorship is not available at this time
