📋 Description

• Serve as the single point of accountability for site development across the network, including DeNovo site builds, site expansions, relocations, and real estate management • Own end-to-end facilities management for the site network, including vendor identification, site standards, preventive maintenance oversight, and equipment/infrastructure lifecycle planning and support • Develop and maintain site development and facilities standards, project tracking tools, and KPIs • Manage relationships with real estate, construction, and facilities vendors and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and operational requirements • Advise site operations on real estate projects and facilities matters affecting day-to-day operations • Identify strategic alternatives and approaches to site development and facilities projects • Establish and maintain project and facilities budgets and forecasts, and manage vendor spend with Finance • Follow up with site operations after project delivery and facilities service events to confirm satisfaction and resolve issues • Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and external vendors to address issues • Act as escalation point for site development projects and facilities-related issues • Coordinate emergency and business-continuity facilities response, including HVAC failures, safety incidents, and utility outages • Communicate program status to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership • Identify and help resolve project execution and facilities service delivery roadblocks • Represent Flourish Research professionally when interacting with staff, clients, and vendors • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Work performed in a remote office setting with regular travel to network sites • Travel may be required up to 50% • Daily computer use • Occasional evening and weekend work, including facilities emergency response outside normal business hours • Ability to lift 35 pounds and occasionally more than 35 pounds • Ability to drive and daily availability of an automobile • Bachelor's degree required • 4+ years of real estate management, site development, and facilities management experience across a multi-site network • Healthcare-related experience preferred • Exceptional knowledge of site development, facilities management, and real estate project management • Effective leadership skills and ability to foster productivity and cohesiveness across cross-functional, matrixed teams • Advanced project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Strong work ethic and outstanding oral and written communication skills • Proven team-building skills and ability to lead partnerships across projects and multidisciplinary teams • Ability to collaborate and align with site operations on project and facilities priorities • Working knowledge of facilities systems and vendor management, including HVAC, life safety, general maintenance, and security • Excellent computer skills, including Office 365 and project-tracking/facilities-management tools • Strong problem-solving, risk assessment, and impact analysis abilities • Demonstrated process improvement experience • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands across a national site network • Ability to think independently and influence appropriately at all organizational levels
