📋 Description
• Keep people systems up to date and processes moving: HRIS and people systems, contractor logistics, onboarding and offboarding, immigration coordination • Draft employment documents, process documentation, reports, and internal comms • Support program execution: recognition, celebration posts, automated process setup, scheduling and logistics • Handle general admin as needed: travel, events, equipment, and whatever else comes up
🎯 Requirements
• People ops or related experience is not required. • Reliability, good judgment, and being easy to work with are critical. • Experience as an EA, ops generalist, or startup utility player is valuable.
