📋 Description

• Conduct research and financial reports writing together with the report team, ensuring execution quality and alignment to Focus Finance’s quality standards • Liaise with the M&A Global Heads and Leadership Team for strategic and operational division decision-making • Participate in the learning schemes and seek to develop your finance knowledge, as well as benefit from practical learning in team and project management • Help Focus Finance drive engagement, gain new readership and expand its brand presence at new universities

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate student specializing in finance, management, economics, engineering, or similar (we welcome applications from all universities across the globe) • Knowledge on how to construct valuation models from scratch (3-statement operating model, DCF, trading comps) • High industry, business and commercial awareness • A strong interest in M&A, capital markets, private equity or corporate development • Previous leadership/management experience is a plus but not required • Core soft skills – teamwork, adaptability, resilience, international mindset • The ability to balance qualitative and quantitative data
