📋 Description

• Develop regional strategies to achieve revenue and expense budgets • Work with the Sales Associate Director and/or Sales Director on regional strategic planning and goal setting • Manage manufacturing representatives and dealers to reach sales goals • Develop, negotiate, implement, and measure dealer-specific programs • Use business technology tools to drive customer retention and optimize sales opportunities • Identify new market segments and areas of opportunity • Build and maintain rapport with key business partners • Train and develop representatives and dealers on FOH products, brand, and solutions • Prepare and conduct business reviews with representatives and key business partners • Transform strategies into tactical, measurable action plans • Engage in regional SWOT analyses • Implement and execute large-scale projects from start to finish • Participate in inter-departmental meetings and serve as an external resource for organizational growth • Prepare monthly analytical reports on performance, wins, and shortfalls • Participate in planning and attend regional and dealer trade shows as needed • Participate in one-on-one and group meetings • Promote FOH culture through action and leadership • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in sales related to table-tops, hospitality, buffet, guest room luxury accessories or related industry • Experience managing manufacturing representatives group and dealers • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications • Knowledge in CRM systems; HubSpot • Basic knowledge of ERP systems; SAP Business One • College degree preferred • Ability to negotiate and close deals • Return on investment mindset as it relates to scheduling, travel, and sales efforts • Stress and time management skills • Analytical, creative, practical problem-solving skills • Customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a diverse team • Communicate with excellence and clarity, both verbally and in writing • Project management skills and strong attention to detail • Tech-savviness • Strategic thinking, planning, and execution • Ability to rearrange tasks as priorities change • Provides and follows directions and works under pressure to meet deadlines • Presentation and public speaking skills • Balances quick decision-making with thoughtful judgment • Complete projects as a self-starter with minimum supervision • Mentoring, coaching and leadership skills • Organized, action and detail oriented • Demonstrates sound work ethics • Possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity • Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, and composed in challenging situations • Thrives in a goal-driven environment • Nimbleness to respond to ever-changing priorities in a high-growth environment • Decisiveness • High emotional intelligence • Flexible to work outside normal work hours • Acts and performs with an “ownership mentality” • Willingness and ability to travel 50–60% overnight, including frequent air and auto travel
