📋 Description
• Manage cases throughout all phases of litigation • Prepare cases for trial • Handle case files from inception through completion • Provide oral and written advocacy • Exercise professional judgment and initiative • Join Foley & Mansfield’s California general litigation team
🎯 Requirements
• 4–7 years of defense litigation experience • Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through completion • Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law preferred • Must be admitted to practice in California • Excellent oral and written advocacy skills • Good judgment and initiative • Submit a resume, writing sample, and salary requirements • Must provide information for Form I-9 work authorization verification through E-Verify
