📋 Description

• Help members stretch their food budgets and make the most of what they have • Guide members to affordable, healthy groceries through the online marketplace • Connect members with local food and nutrition resources • Support sustainable meal planning and healthy habits for families • Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to manage or prevent chronic conditions • Provide personalized virtual nutrition care via secure video and messaging • Empower individuals and families to live healthier lives through access, affordability, and education

🎯 Requirements

• Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • Active certification in New York • RD state licensure in the state of residence, if applicable • Willingness to obtain state licenses in high-demand states • Ability to work in the U.S. • Computer, high-speed internet, and smartphone • At least 15 hours of weekly availability for patients • Spanish language capability, as indicated by the bilingual role title
