📋 Description

• Set the cross-pillar technical vision • Own the end-to-end architectural vision • Architect the agentic delivery layer • Build AI-first capability on AWS and Bedrock • Translate process redesign into engineered outcomes • Partner with functional leaders and transformation owners • Prove value through visible wins • Strengthen the sensing foundation • Drive technical governance for AI • Establish reusable standards and patterns • Act as a force multiplier • Partners closely with the VP, AI & Business Transformation, Leadership Team, and CIO

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in software engineering, architecture, or platform development • Demonstrated mastery of enterprise, application, and data architecture • Deep, hands-on expertise in AI-first and agentic engineering • Proven ability to move agentic work from proof-of-concept to dependable, governed production • Proven experience translating complex, cross-functional business processes into engineered systems • Deep, hands-on command of AWS • A history of measurable business impact • Exceptional ability to influence without authority • Excellent communication skills • A rare dual-altitude capability
