📋 Description
• Accurately input, update, and verify data in company databases and systems • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Organize and manage digital files and records • Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness • Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred) • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace • Excellent typing speed and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
