📋 Description

• Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Solution Engineering organization • Define roles, coverage models, engagement rules, and capacity priorities • Establish consistent standards for opportunity discovery and solution shaping • Create operating cadences and metrics for improving quality and responsiveness • Partner with Sales leadership for resource allocation • Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain strong Solution Engineering talent • Partner with Account Executives for technical win plans and execution • Ensure discovery captures business processes and value drivers • Guide teams in translating business needs into solutions • Lead participation in strategic client pursuits and solution reviews • Provide executive-level quality control across proposals and Statements of Work • Partner with Delivery leadership to validate assumptions and commitments • Enable coverage across multiple strategic verticals and strengthen industry relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, Solution Engineering, or related roles • Demonstrated success building or leading a Solution Engineering function • Deep fluency across the Salesforce platform • Experience leading business-process discovery and translating requirements into solutions • Strong commercial judgment in scope control, estimation, and risk management • Experience managing and developing senior Solution Engineers across multiple markets • Executive presence and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly • Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments
