📋 Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment utilized within Global Service Centers worldwide • Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency • Identify, source, and coordinate ordering and shipment of replacement parts • Partner with equipment suppliers to resolve technical issues and coordinate repairs, upgrades, and service activities • Support installation, qualification, validation, and upgrades of supplier-provided equipment • Coordinate equipment modifications and enhancements • Develop and execute equipment acceptance and operational readiness plans • Provide technical ownership and support for custom FormFactor service and repair equipment, including PC URS, SAT, PAT, and SDRT • Support new equipment builds, global installations, startup, qualification, validation, upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement • Deliver user training and maintain technical documentation • Develop and deliver equipment operation, troubleshooting, safety, and preventative maintenance training • Train Global Service Center personnel on equipment best practices and standard operating procedures • Facilitate training related to Assembly & Test (A&T) process improvements and equipment enhancements • Track and manage Capital Authorization Request (CAR) activities • Coordinate procurement, shipment, installation, and deployment of approved capital equipment • Maintain equipment inventories and lifecycle tracking records • Conduct Global Service Center equipment audits covering condition, utilization, spare parts, repair processes, preventative maintenance, and safety/regulatory requirements • Identify process improvement and standardization opportunities • Drive corrective and preventive actions from audit findings • Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience • Experience or knowledge related to clean room environments • Communication skills • Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) • Continuous improvement • Cross-functional collaboration • Electrical systems • Equipment installations • Equipment maintenance • Equipment qualification • Equipment troubleshooting • Planned preventative maintenance • Root cause analysis (RCA) • Semiconductor manufacturing
