Utilizing the Form Health app, patients can engage in frequent video visits, message their Care Team, and monitor their progress. FORM partners with employers, health plans, and health providers to offer comprehensive obesity care. Their services are covered by national health insurance plans, including Medicare, focusing on a healthier future for their clients.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize jobs-to-be-done using research and user feedback • Own key care delivery capabilities end-to-end, including prescribing, prior authorizations, and virtual visit workflows • Partner with clinical leadership to triage and prioritize product requests • Translate business and user needs into product requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications • Partner with engineering, design, operations, and clinical teams to ship tools for the clinical practice • Track program and product metrics and report progress and health to leadership • Facilitate sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives • Partner with clinical education and enablement on change management, communications, and training for new features • Identify and responsibly evaluate AI and automation opportunities to reduce clinical or administrative burden • Report to the Lead Product Manager for Care Delivery and help shape how the virtual practice scales

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building enterprise experiences with complex workflows • Comfortable diving into technical problems, including APIs and workflows spanning homegrown and third-party systems • Clear cross-functional communication in a remote-first environment • Experience evaluating third-party vendors and driving coordination across multiple systems • Experience defining product direction, rallying a team behind it, and delivering results iteratively • Experience owning a product area end-to-end, from strategy and prioritization through rollout and adoption • Fluent in using AI for product management work, including drafting specs, synthesizing research, and prototyping • Curiosity about responsibly augmenting clinical operations with AI • Proactive ownership, accountability, and execution-oriented mindset • Comfort applying structure to ambiguous situations in a fast-growing startup • Excitement for compassionate, evidence-based healthcare and regulated, high-stakes domains • Understanding of healthcare, virtual care delivery, or health insurance (preferred) • Experience shipping AI-powered features, ideally within a tech-enabled services organization (preferred) • Prior startup and/or high-growth experience (preferred)
