📋 Description
• Act as a translator between technical teams, policy experts, state administrators, and federal stakeholders • Turn dense government or technical concepts into accessible, actionable guidance • Collaborate across policy, product, and engineering to align regulatory goals with delivery realities • Manage and oversee state Medicaid partner support channels • Identify process or product improvement opportunities for federal Medicaid programs • Build, templatize, and continuously improve Medicaid partner interaction workflows • Identify operational trends and escalate issues to leadership or internal partners when appropriate • Coordinate with federal partners to keep cross-agency efforts aligned • Advocate for Medicaid program needs by translating state-level administration insights to product and engineering teams
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience working in or with Medicaid programs at the state or federal level • Humble and caring attitude aligned with For People’s values • Natural ability to identify efficiency and build scalable processes • Collaborative and highly diplomatic approach to complex stakeholder dynamics • Excellent writing and speaking abilities • Must perform all work physically within the United States • Must be a United States citizen • Must be able to pass a federal public trust background check
