• Provide psychiatric services to individuals who otherwise may not have access to care • Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with Fort Health’s network of licensed therapists • Adhere to Fort Health’s platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training • Provide unparalleled clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform • Provide software and operational feedback to Fort Health’s in-house engineering and operational teams to improve products, workflows and care delivery • Implement medication treatment plans for mild to moderate disorders in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) setting • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, therapists, along with outside providers • Ability to message between sessions to support patients and communicate with other internal providers • Engage and collaborate in clinical meetings, supervision, and team meetings as appropriate • Provide compensated scheduled supervision of nurse practitioners • Work with a team of MDs, NPs, and clinicians to provide effective and evidence based treatment to our patients • Traditional psychiatric services - diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and on-going monitoring • Opportunities to work in a collaborative care model - work with a team of clinicians and care coordinators to consult and advise pediatricians on behavioral health • Address issues in their patient population • Able to work a limited, part-time schedule with possibility to ramp up as we grow
• Active New York state medical license • Board Certified in Child Psychiatry • Capacity to work a minimum of 5 hours per week with availability during after school hours or weekends • Experience working in a telehealth environment preferred
