📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites to perform professional services supporting reliability initiatives and preventing unplanned downtime • Measure machine alignment, collect condition monitoring data, and commission/install hardware • Plan travel to and from client sites and arrange necessary travel • Prepare equipment for jobs • Meet with clients and perform on-site professional services • Maintain expenses and submit expense reports promptly • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and implement corrective actions • Create service reports and supplemental documentation • Maintain information in the company database • Provide remote and on-site product training for clients • Collaborate with customer support/services, marketing/sales, and management • Train other field engineers in the solutions • Perform other duties corresponding with the Field Service Engineer role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical/mechanical engineering • Previous experience in service, maintenance, or a technical role • Approximately 50%-85% travel, primarily North America, with some potential international travel • Valid Driver’s License is required (Passport is recommended) • Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Salesforce, and CAD software • Ability to lift 50 lbs of equipment, ascend and descend stairs and ladders, don/doff PPE and fall protection, and work in uncomfortable manufacturing conditions • Proficiency in English communications: writing, speaking, and reading
