• Shape and communicate product strategy aligned with company objectives and customer needs • Own product vision, roadmap, product-market fit, competitive positioning, and profitability • Lead product development from ideation through launch and iterative innovation • Own P&L accountability for product lines • Develop data-driven feature prioritization, backlog management, and product metrics strategies • Lead, mentor, and coach product managers • Foster collaboration across engineering, design, sales, and customer support • Engage customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather product insights • Use user research, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and analytics to guide product decisions • Define and execute product features and go-to-market strategies • Drive end-to-end product delivery, adoption, and optimization • Manage dependencies and prioritize features for timely delivery • Define KPIs and mechanisms for tracking, reporting, and responding to performance data • Promote process discipline and a robust “Business of Products” approach • Build relationships with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, customers, and partners • Align product goals with broader organizational initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Director in a scaling SaaS application • Preferably experience in EHS, quality management, or HCM • 3+ years of experience leading and coaching product management teams • Proven experience managing Agile product development from ideation to launch • Demonstrated experience owning P&L accountability for product lines • Strong leadership and team-building skills • Experience in SaaS product development, particularly in EHS, quality management, or workforce management • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution • Experience in analytics, user research, and developing business cases • Expertise in gathering customer feedback and translating insights into product features • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation • Familiarity with customer lifecycle management, UX/UI design, and user-centric product development • Ability to navigate technical challenges with engineering teams and strategic discussions with executives
