• Shape, communicate, and execute a compelling product strategy, aligning with customer needs and company objectives • Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap, managing trade-offs and prioritization between core platform, new product development, and innovation to drive adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and global growth • Represent the voice of the customer through direct engagement and research • Anticipate shifts in healthcare delivery, reimbursement, regulation, and technology • Champion use of AI in how we work and what we deliver • Champion deep customer and user understanding to elevate design thinking and user-centered innovation • Ensure design and product teams create intuitive, workflow-aligned, and accessible experiences that reduce cognitive and administrative burden • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams, to ensure product alignment with company objectives • Align product goals with broader organizational initiatives • Establish and maintain relationships with external customers and partners to inform product development and ensure customer satisfaction • Translate market insights into differentiated product offerings • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and implement mechanisms for tracking, reporting, and reacting to performance data.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred • 10+ years relevant Healthcare SaaS experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary product teams • Proven success delivering SaaS solutions in healthcare or regulated industries • Expertise in agile methodologies and digital product lifecycle • Experience leading and mentoring global teams and partnering across functions and geographies • Familiarity with product-led growth principles and customer-centric, data-driven product development • Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance product capabilities and streamline workflows • Ability to travel domestic & international 30% is required.
