📋 Description

• Provide legal support and counseling for Fortrea's vendor and clinical site relationships • Draft, negotiate, and review company contracts • Collaborate with department staff to support procurement and operations • Provide advice on disputes and performance issues • Lead or support dispute resolution and claims management • Recommend improvements and implement systems for processing requests • Promote company-wide risk management initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree or equivalent • Admission in good standing to the bar of any state and ability to practice law as an in-house attorney in North Carolina • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills • 3+ years of experience with a reputable law firm or as an in-house lawyer • Comprehensive knowledge of general corporate business practices • Proficient with MS Office products • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. • Excellent management skills with ability to train and develop legal and non-legal personnel.
