📋 Description

• Responsible for day-to-day activities of projects including provider data management, data analysis, and time management • Inputting and processing invoices in our Workday system • Month-end and year-end tasks including 1099 preparation and various audit duties • Work with large excel data files • Assist Staff Accountant with payfiles, payment processing, and bank reviews such as positive pay and check-cashing verifications • Balance and reconcile accounts payable disbursements each month and post to the general ledger

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Ability to work accurately with numerical detail
