📋 Description

• Lead federal financial reporting activities • Manage contract performance • Serve as a key liaison between government stakeholders, auditors, and program leadership • Oversee reporting cycles and ensure compliance with federal financial requirements • Deliver high-quality, audit-ready financial reporting packages • Manage staffing, work assignments, schedules, deliverables, risks, meeting cadence, and overall contract performance • Lead or review federal financial statements, footnotes, trial balances, and financial reporting packages • Coordinate responses to audit inquiries and auditor follow-up activities • Identify reporting, audit, compliance, and operational risks and drive corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field • 10+ years of experience supporting federal financial reporting, financial statement preparation, Treasury reporting, GTAS submissions, and audit readiness. • 5+ years of experience applying OMB Circular A-136, USSGL, FASAB standards, and federal accounting principles. • 5+ years of experience leading federal financial management teams, audit support activities, quality control reviews, client engagements, and executive communications.
