📋 Description

• Leads integrated communications, marketing, and user engagement efforts for the Vision Resource Center (VRC). • Blends strategic program communications planning, content and campaign execution, community moderation and training, stakeholder engagement, and analytics-driven optimization. • Partners closely with Professional Learning and Success Center leadership to align messaging and initiatives with Vision 2030 priorities. • Owns creation and distribution of integrated campaigns (email, newsletters, web, flyers, slide decks, and internal updates). • Maintains the public-facing VRC website (WordPress) and contributes to the Universal Website initiative. • Coaches, trains, and supports VRC community moderators and event managers. • Tracks and analyzes engagement using Google Analytics, Cornerstone Reporting 2.0, and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both. • Minimum of two (2) + years of full-time program experience required. • Demonstrated experience with Agile project management expectations. • Experience training adult learners preferred. • Experience working in a learning management system (Cornerstone preferred). • State or national level work preferred. • General knowledge of the California community colleges and higher education issues. • Capable of having work be informed by a system view of the California community colleges and the CCC Chancellor’s Office.
