• Responsible for leading, building, and expanding a high‑performing team of Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) across the region. • Drive aggressive growth, oversee recruiting pipelines, ensure ongoing production performance, and strengthen FourLeaf's presence through strategic business development. • Accountable for creating a scalable sales culture, expanding market penetration, and managing day‑to‑day execution of sales strategies. • Recruit, Build, and Scale a High‑Performing MLO Team. • Manage recruiting strategy, pipeline development, and hiring of Mortgage Loan Officers throughout the region. • Build sustainable recruiting channels and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. • Lead onboarding, performance ramp‑up, and integration of new MLOs to ensure early and ongoing production success.
• 5+ Years in Mortgage Lending • 3+ Years Supervisory Experience Preferred • Proven success in mortgage origination with strong knowledge of residential lending products. • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate Mortgage Loan Officers in a production‑driven environment. • Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing MLO talent, with the ability to build and sustain strong recruiting pipelines. • Licenses: NMLS Required.
