📋 Description

• Support the continued growth and expansion of operations nationwide • Conduct full life cycle recruiting across Corporate, Call Center, and Supply Chain divisions • Attract, engage, and assess top-level talent across multiple divisions within corporate headquarters • Build and nurture pipelines of qualified candidates for key positions • Manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding • Partner with Hiring Managers on talent acquisition strategies • Assist with job postings and sourcing strategies • Analyze recruitment trends and tailor search approaches • Advertise job postings in appropriate forums • Source, engage, prescreen, interview, schedule, and assess candidates • Educate Hiring Managers on hiring practices and decisions • Manage the candidate experience • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full life cycle recruitment • Corporate recruitment environment preferred • Ability to attract, engage, and assess best-in-class talent in a highly competitive environment • Exceptional candidate management and negotiation skills • Experience working multiple job requisitions simultaneously across multiple departments and locations • Excellent networking and verbal and written communication skills • Strong knowledge of sourcing through social media, ATS systems, Google/Boolean search operators, and job boards • Experience with talent management / applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook • Ability to travel to other national offices and locations as needed • English/Spanish a plus
