📋 Description

• Deliver live, virtual tutoring to students in 1:1 and small group settings • Create a safe, fun, and interactive virtual classroom • Engage students in interactive, goal-focused learning • Adapt instruction to meet each student’s needs • Administer assessments as required • Maintain professional communication with the Framework Tutor Operations Team • Provide engaging, high-quality virtual tutoring to elementary, middle, or high school students across various subjects • Deliver instruction using provided curriculum and interactive slide decks on a safe and secure online platform

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year experience tutoring, virtually or in person • Completion of at least two years (60 credit hours) of college coursework • Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace • Ability to pass a federal background check (may include fingerprinting) • Comfort using online teaching tools and platforms • Associates Degree or higher (preferred) • Prior online tutoring experience (preferred) • Experience with SpEd or ESL students (preferred) • Bilingual abilities (preferred) • Must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years of age or older • Must reside and work in the U.S.
