📋 Description

• Schedule and provide technical training to distributor personnel, contractors, dealers, and/or installers • Test and troubleshoot Franklin Electric products • Supervise and assist at product installations • Promote and represent Franklin Electric products and programs at tradeshows and special events • Conduct product demonstrations as needed • Collect and report marketing information about competitive products, industry distribution or personnel changes, and customer needs or desires • Write and submit weekly reports and special reports highlighting problems at specific sites and/or with customers or products • Interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and handle abstract and concrete variables • Communicate information and respond to questions with customers, clients, the general public, and other employees

🎯 Requirements

• Three to five years of related water systems or industry experience (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience (required) • Must reside within the Northeast region of the US • Travel 70 percent of the time, including up to 50 percent overnight travel • Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, the general public, and employees • Self-motivated, collaborative, hard-working, competitive, and results-oriented • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete projects while meeting regulations and expectations
