📋 Description

• Manage multiple or joint energy efficiency programs • Oversee all aspects of an energy program • Work closely with clients and energy professionals to achieve energy efficiency goals • Responsible for program budget oversight and strategic direction understanding • Demonstrate financial acumen and problem-solving approach • Engage in talent management process, including interviewing and performance evaluations • Provide client communications and reporting • Ensure client requirements are met • Support partner and client contract management process • Establish and maintain community engagement opportunities • Lead and support company-wide Safety efforts • Act as a company stakeholder by leading and supporting trainings and development • Identify and develop talents • Develop and deliver client presentations • Prepare monthly invoices and activity reports • Report out on program performance and financial metrics • Assist Business Development with program design and client expansions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required • Background in engineering, technology or science and experience in working in a technical environment – preferred • Experience in lighting, HVAC, and other technologies installed applications – preferred • Technical experience in developing and/or reviewing energy savings calculations to determine paybacks and incentive levels for customers – preferred • 4 or more years of management experience or 2 or more years of experience in managing energy efficiency programs • Proven track record of high-level performance in meeting and exceeding expectations and goals • Proven Leadership in fast paced environment • Have an ability to prioritize workload and delegate appropriate work assignments to staff • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written with customers, clients and employees • Sales or business development background a plus • Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems • Sales or business development a plus • Committed to diversity and inclusion • Project Management Professional (PMP)- preferred
