📋 Description

• Teach courses in surgical technology and allied health • Provide quality instruction and maintain a positive learning environment • Support and evaluate students • Maintain attendance records • Determine and submit grades within established University timeframes • Create a welcoming, inclusive and productive learning environment • Support resolution of student issues related to course instruction • Provide feedback on course effectiveness • Participate in department meetings and required training • Participate in personal professional development • Perform other duties assigned by the Lead Faculty

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential • Commitment to collaborative & collegiate relationships • Maintain confidential and sensitive information • Knowledge of higher education regulations, compliance and accrediting agencies • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate in a professional manner and work effectively with faculty, staff, students and members of the professional community • Excellent multi-tasking skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Previous teaching experience (preferred) • Master Degree (preferred) • Applicants cannot be hired in California, New York, Massachusetts, Montana, or the City of Philadelphia at this time
