📋 Description

• Lead business development across Logos while managing and developing a team of two • Develop and execute BD and partnership strategy before mainnet and drive ecosystem growth and adoption after launch • Identify ecosystems, protocols, infrastructure providers and applications where Logos technology can deliver value • Build and manage a focused pipeline of high-value opportunities • Establish BD priorities, success metrics and budget accountability • Own opportunities from identification through technical evaluation, negotiation, integration and ongoing relationship management • Build strategic relationships across wallets, exchanges, on/off-ramps, oracles, indexers, DeFi protocols, aggregators, multisigs and other infrastructure providers • Identify and pursue integrations, deployments, ecosystem partnerships and adoption opportunities • Assess partner technical architectures and position Logos’ privacy capabilities • Collaborate with technical teams on both sides to move opportunities through implementation • Represent Logos with founders, protocol leads, ecosystem teams and technical decision-makers • Manage, mentor and support two BD contributors • Partner with protocol, engineering, product, ecosystem and communications teams • Feed market and partner feedback into product and ecosystem priorities • Translate technical capabilities into partner propositions and ensure partnerships produce tangible outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Web3, blockchain or decentralised infrastructure • Strong understanding of the technical architecture of blockchain networks and Web3 infrastructure • Experience in business development, ecosystem development, strategic partnerships or a closely related role • Evidence of building partnerships resulting in real integrations, adoption, users, network activity or revenue • Existing relationships across the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem • Ability to communicate effectively with highly technical stakeholders • Strong commercial judgement • Experience managing or mentoring a small team • Comfort operating autonomously in a remote, highly technical organisation • Builder mentality and ability to take opportunities from idea through implementation • Experience within privacy-focused L1 or L2 ecosystems, decentralised networking projects, messaging, storage, privacy tools and applications, or wallets would be especially relevant • Experience in open-source protocols is a must
