📋 Description
• Responsible for accurately and timely processing claim funds to the servicing system daily • Work collaboratively with business units to ensure company guidelines and processes are met • Low Level data entry of all claim payments accurately, either manually or electronically to the servicing system • Run internal and external reports • Responsible for pulling reports from multiple government agencies and updating daily internal reports in Excel • Prepare CIT Pkgs for Serv Treasury • Request wires to move funds to differing internal and external bank accounts • Work pending and exception items • Maintain regular and punctual attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• High School Graduate/GED • 1 Year Experience preferred • Excellent organization skills • Attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills • Ability to manage time well and prioritize tasks • Microsoft Office experience and Excel and Outlook knowledge
