📋 Description

• Responsible for providing individual, group, marital, and family counseling in alignment with contractual agreement • Completes diagnostic intake assessments to ensure medical necessity is present and provides appropriate referrals based on client needs • Develops individualized treatment plans within expected time frame, consistent with evidence-based practices • Provides crisis services for patients during regular daytime operations • Adheres to system quality and documentation standards as identified by accrediting agencies, Center and program policies and procedures, and local, state and federal guidelines • Displays willingness to assist with needs of other programs or services • Displays professionalism with clients, colleagues and administrative staff • Responsible for regularly collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of providers within Psychiatric Practices and other program components of the Center • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Professional Counseling • 1 year experience providing behavioral health services preferred
