📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of Neighborhood Pet and Farm & Feed accounts • Optimize assortment and placement to drive sales velocity • Support new store acquisition and expansion • Build relationships with store managers, regional contacts, and distributor partners • Train distributor representatives and store teams on Freshpet products and merchandising standards • Audit stores for planogram compliance, in-stock levels, and chiller conditions • Resolve out-of-stocks, voids, and merchandising concerns • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to align retail strategies and execution • Track distribution, velocity, and in-stock KPIs using Nielsen, Power BI, and internal reporting • Share field insights to improve retail conditions, processes, and performance • Drive execution and sales growth for Neighborhood Pet, Farm & Feed, and distributor training businesses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in large CPG; natural or pet channel experience strongly preferred • ~50–70% national travel with significant time in the field • Strong work ethic and hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset • Ability to work autonomously • Ability to build relationships quickly and communicate effectively at the store and distributor level • Basic analytical skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Office • Familiarity with Nielsen, Salesforce, or Power BI • High level of ownership and accountability • Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
