📋 Description

• Collaborate with Enterprise customers to identify and address critical business challenges • Support the sales team by conducting discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations for active deals • Gather requirements to clearly define customer problems • Build and present compelling demonstrations of Freshworks products • Articulate the value of Freshworks solutions to diverse audiences • Continuously develop skills through lifelong learning • Evangelize the user experience offered by the Freshworks platform

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of Solution Engineering experience • Excellent soft skills and presentation abilities • Proven capability to work on cross-functional teams to address business and technical challenges • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic sales environment • Ability to manage multiple deals monthly • Highly driven, execution-focused, and strong sense of urgency • Experience selling SaaS products to SLED/Manufacturing customers or ITSM platforms is preferred • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
