📋 Description

• Drive New Business Growth: Actively pursue and acquire new customers with a strong “hunter” mentality. • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively contact leads and manage them through the full sales cycle. • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plan to generate incremental volume. • Customer Relationship Building: Invest time in building strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients. • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Demonstrate a high level of motivation and a positive attitude. • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and customers for a seamless transition.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration • 1-10 years sales or commercial experience • Technical knowledge in filtration applications or relevant industry is a plus • Ability to travel 50%-60%
