• Work closely with the Founding Partner and team on all aspects of the investment process • Research technology, software, and health/wellness/healthcare businesses • Build financial models and write to support investment sourcing, due diligence, and underwriting decisions • Prepare presentations and materials for investors; build PowerPoint presentations • Monitor portfolio companies and related news/events; assist with value‑adding activities • Draft memos and write-ups and provide corporate strategy input • Help maintain CRM database and investor relations • Provide general support to the Founding Partner and attend Founder meetings to learn due diligence and relationship building • Contribute to operational, strategic, and cultural development of the firm; participate in training and development programs
• Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity/venture capital • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Able to work independently and be a self-starter as well as a team player • Finance/Accounting knowledge and financial modeling skills (preferred but not required) • Resourcefulness and thoroughness in conducting research and financial analysis • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Strong Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills; building PowerPoint presentations — must be proficient • Strong writing skills; drafting memos and write-ups — must be a strong writer • US work authorization required; OPT/CPT candidates accepted • Graduation date preference: Graduating December ’23 - December ’27; School years: Freshman, Sophomore, Junior; GPA: 3.8 • No major preference set
