📋 Description

• Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessments • Develop case supervision and clinical management • Develop and implement ABA treatment plans • Consult with RBTs or BTs regarding client and family concerns • Select stimulus materials and treatment modalities appropriate for the person served’s age and ability • Include clients and families in treatment goal setting and train families on treatment strategies and carryover skills • Provide clear instructions when presenting therapy materials and techniques • Record and accurately track daily client and family progress • Use session time efficiently to meet objectives • Provide accurate and immediate feedback to clients and families • Plan discharge for the person served • Operate within local, state, and federal regulations and Frontera policies • Lead and mentor RBTs and support their professional development • Complete stage two assessments and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• BCBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certification • Master's Degree in Psychology or related field, emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis • Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population • Two or more years of experience in an applied setting participating in functional assessments/analyses, developing and implementing functional behavior plans, and overseeing and monitoring program implementation and adjustments • 1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience • General knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis • Services and/or knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder • Managerial experience • Proficient computer skills in Excel, database management, and record keeping • Effective oral and written communication • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills • High level of confidentiality • Excellent organizational skills • Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO • Ability to work within 9am–6pm MT • English/Spanish bilingual ability
