• Develop sales plans with channel partners to ensure revenue goals • Co-develop annual and quarterly business plans with partners and conduct quarterly business reviews using P&L, balance sheet, financial, and market data • Review territory sales KPIs and financial performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly • Manage 30/60/90/120-day forecasts and measure forecasts against actual supply and demand • Review supply and demand forecasts with the SCM manager • Update CRM and sales activity reports, including visits, events, business plans, trainings, pipeline, and forecasts • Identify market opportunities and develop territory channel coverage plans • Build and maintain relationships with partner executives and sales, marketing, procurement, technical support, and finance contacts • Leverage Inside Sales resources to manage targeted partners • Drive and track sales opportunity pipelines and forecast territory sales by product and partner • Promote or schedule partner training and ensure technical certification to Fujifilm partner-program standards • Execute quarterly marketing and demand-generation activities • Communicate product launches, pricing changes, and distribution processes to partners • Update management on performance, roadblocks, and business needs • Participate in onsite partner meetings, trainings, joint sales calls, marketing events, web trainings, and business-plan development • Collaborate with Business Planning and Marketing teams to deliver suitable products and solutions for channel partners
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent • Minimum of 5 years of prior experience • Prior sales experience in Printing device/Office Products and related Software with Copier Dealers • Proven ability to manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast product sales • Excellent knowledge of market conditions, particularly within targeted segments • Experience with forecasting and pipelines, and knowledge of CRM and ERP systems • Experience with solution selling and business development • Strong financial skills including experience understanding P&L and balance sheets and managing teams to do the same • Strong ability to influence people and align remote teams to achieve agreed goals and objectives • Ability to resolve channel conflict issues in sync with Management’s Decision/Direction • Excellent time management skills and knowledge of long-range and operational planning techniques • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships • Understanding of available company resources and how and when to deploy them during sales campaigns • Outstanding organization and time management skills • Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills • Essential written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Salesforce CRM • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to travel approximately 40–50% • BA or BS or equivalent sales experience; advanced degree in business management, operations or marketing (desired skills)
