• Serve as consultant on behalf of customers and company personnel • Coordinate each training event with contacts within HCUS and at customer sites • Provide ongoing support for application-related and image-quality concerns at product and system levels • Work with interpreting physicians, clinicians, and other professional staff to ensure proper and efficient operation of Fujifilm products • Provide and maintain documentation supporting customer training • Provide additional chargeable training and consultation, contributing to Professional Services revenue goals • Work with the HCUS team to gain customer acceptance of FUJIFILM Medical Systems solutions • Teach and train customers remotely or through a travel schedule • Ensure compliance with the company’s quality management system • Maintain effective communication and working relationships across HCUS departments • Maintain a safe work environment and take corrective action where appropriate • Participate in professional organizations • Provide telephone and remote clinical support for customers, sales, and field service through the ON-Call Technical Assistance Center • Complete other functions and responsibilities assigned by management
• 2 to 10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, Computer science, PACS Administration or healthcare industry • Experience in Cardiology or Radiology discipline preferred • Registered in one or more listed clinical technology specialties, including ARRT Registered Radiology Technologist experienced in digital imaging (preferred) • Professional presence • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple functions • Healthcare, software application, or IT industry background a plus • Medical imaging background • Written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate comfortably with end-users and clinical supervisors • Demonstrated end-user computer skills • Competence with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Effective interpersonal skills • Technical support experience with excellent troubleshooting skills • Ability to identify workflow requirements to product features • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Associate’s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant healthcare field required • Proven experience in the IT/Healthcare field • Diagnostic and problem-solving skills • Organizational and time-management skills • Ability to understand and apply appropriate quality management system processes • Ability to comply with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements and applicable ISO 13485 standards • Ability to comply with vendor credentialing requirements for access to hospitals and facilities • Ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, see clearly at twenty inches or less, lift and carry up to ten pounds, and withstand change in air pressure
