📋 Description

• Coach and mentor internal and partner technicians with installations and repairs as the product-line SME • Lead special projects requiring technical expertise • Identify technical gaps and pursue solutions • Provide remote and on-site customer support and repairs in Mexico, North and South America • Resolve complex service issues using KT methodology, data, and problem analysis • Communicate with the Technical Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, and Technical Phone Support team • Develop strong customer relationships • Perform pre-installation assessments and equipment site inspections • Complete and submit service activity information and paperwork • Monitor and manage parts returns • Manage and complete preventative maintenance requirements • Attend worldwide training classes • Liaise directly with product manufacturers, including overseas manufacturers • Conduct technical training classes for technicians • Provide sales assistance during demos and customer visits • Monitor critical accounts and participate in support activities • Communicate technical issues to management and technical support groups • Perform related duties assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent • 8 or more years of field service experience with industry-related product lines • Two-year electronics or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent in field experience • Field service experience with toner-based production equipment • Extensive knowledge of electronics • Computer skills with emphasis on operating systems and hardware • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications • Outstanding customer service skills • Valid state driver's license (Real ID compliant) • Passport • Ability to travel extensively (70%) • Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed for installations, service calls, and training
