📋 Description

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on systems within the service area • Perform unscheduled maintenance with assistance from technical support • Perform installations and de-installations of products and peripheral equipment • Work independently on preventative maintenance and receive assistance for unscheduled maintenance • Maintain effective relationships with field personnel, home office personnel, management, and customers • Communicate with management to escalate issues and customer concerns • Complete electronic expense reports, weekly timecards, work orders, service appointments, start-time records, parts inventory, consumption and returns, computer-based training, and QA/RA work • Maintain customer service orders and internal service records according to company policies • Communicate daily with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up • Use escalation processes and conduct root cause analysis to resolve service delivery issues • Complete paperwork and administrative duties accurately and promptly • Maintain assigned tools, test equipment, and spare parts • Return parts within required time frames • Promote the image and reputation of FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation • Comply with applicable medical device regulations and ISO 13485 standards • Perform other duties assigned by the Area Service Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science discipline, or equivalent experience • Minimum one year of previous field service experience • Knowledge of assigned equipment to provide timely repair and effective maintenance • Active listening skills and above average customer service skills • Sound organization and administrative skills • Ability to maintain paperwork to FDA and company required standards • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner • Ability to operate test equipment related to the job, including oscilloscope, meter, and diagnostic testers • Valid driver's license and safe driving record • Good interpersonal skills • Reliable and able to work independently • Professional image • Ability to work in medical and clinical environments, including construction sites • Ability to work in high magnetic fields of up to 3 Tesla • Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, kneeling, crawling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and twisting • Willingness and ability to work odd hours and overtime on occasion • Willingness and ability to travel as required, including overnight and air travel • Comply with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 requirements, and other applicable laws, regulations, and standards • Comply with and pass vendor credentialing requirements for access to hospitals and facilities • Must be fully vaccinated if applicable government mandates become effective and enforceable, or qualify for a legally required accommodation or exemption • Must be willing to test periodically for COVID-19 and wear a face covering indoors as required
