• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients. • Qualify leads, schedule appointments and help with discovery calls. • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and appointments in CRM. • Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships. • Collaborate with the sales and executive team to ensure successful closing. • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting and sales targets.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong ability to persuade, handle objections, and build rapport quickly. • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. • Basic computer/CRM proficiency (training provided). • A driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales success.
