📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and health of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Einstein AI, and Nue CPQ • Debug and resolve production issues across configuration and code • Manage sandbox environments and CI/CD / change-set deployment processes • Design and develop custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs • Build and maintain Lightning Web Components for custom UI experiences • Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and QuickBooks, Stripe, and Nue CPQ • Write clean, well-documented, testable code with a minimum of 85% code coverage • Determine whether requirements are best solved with declarative tools or custom code • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions • Build and deploy Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, and page layouts • Ensure solutions are scalable, governor-limit compliant, and maintainable • Document configurations, technical designs, data models, and integration specifications • Participate in sprint planning and project intake prioritization with RevOps leadership • Identify and recommend improvements to processes and data models • Partner with Revenue Operations to align Salesforce capabilities with business goals • Stay current on Salesforce releases, Einstein AI features, developer tools, and platform updates; evaluate and implement relevant functionality • Adhere to confidentiality, compliance, and company standards; perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration / development experience, including Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce data model design • Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows) • Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and understanding the Lightning component framework • Experience with Sales Cloud, including opportunity management, lead routing, and forecasting • Experience building and maintaining REST or SOAP API integrations • Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, and asynchronous processing patterns • Demonstrated ability to manage projects end to end, from requirements through deployment • At least 2 active Salesforce certifications spanning both the administrator and developer tracks • Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, Agentforce Specialist • Preferred qualifications: experience with CPQ tools and order-to-cash / quote-to-cash workflows; familiarity with QuickBooks and/or Stripe integrations and APIs; experience with Einstein AI features; knowledge of Agentforce or generative AI tooling; experience with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and CI/CD tooling; exposure to platform events, Change Data Capture, or Salesforce streaming API; experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Strong requirements-gathering and project management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Commitment to clean, documented, testable, and maintainable work • Consultative mindset and initiative to recommend improvements • Ability to meet the stated physical demands and work environment requirements
