• Deliver engaging, high-quality telehealth speech-language pathology services • Build rapport and momentum comparable to an in-person therapist • Evaluate students' speech and language levels • Translate evaluation findings into clear, actionable goals • Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP • Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals • Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to align on student progress
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a valid state SLP license • Must have an active ASHA certification • Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held • Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context • Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup, including webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and private/distraction-free workspace • Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families • Must be authorized to work in the United States
