📋 Description

• Edit 30–60 second vertical videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts from raw footage through final delivery • Create 15–20 minute long-form YouTube videos, including structure, pacing, b-roll, music, sound mixing, and finishing • Work on high-end product and commercial campaigns, including color, motion, and finishing • Create polished edits with strong pacing, typography, music, sound design, and storytelling • Develop motion graphics such as lower thirds, titles, transitions, and branded templates • Create thumbnails and cover frames aligned with client brands • Handle color correction, basic grading, audio mixing, and sound design independently • Organize projects and manage versioning across Google Drive, Notion, and Frame.io • Bring creative ideas, references, and feedback to improve briefs • Work independently from creative briefs and footage folders • Maintain high standards across multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organized workflows • Collaborate with the creative team and contribute professional judgment • Maintain consistent visual standards and branded editing systems across client projects • Deliver high-quality work independently and on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills, written and verbal, at C1 level minimum • 5+ years of professional video editing experience • Portfolio demonstrating strong short-form social work for recognizable brands • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro • Strong proficiency in After Effects, including motion graphics and MOGRTs • Comfortable working in Photoshop • Ability to edit 15+ minute long-form content and finish premium commercial/product work • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, typography, music, sound design, color, and visual composition • Ability to independently manage color correction, basic grading, audio mixing, and sound design • Strong organizational skills and experience managing projects, assets, and versions • Fast, reliable internet connection • Computer capable of handling 4K multi-layer timelines • Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Figma, product/lifestyle brands, or U.S.-based agencies is a plus • Portfolio or reel with three short-form pieces and one long-form piece • Brief explanation of personal contribution to each portfolio piece • Submit years of experience, current location/time zone, salary expectations, and earliest available start date • Complete a 30–45 second test edit with a 48-hour turnaround • Participate in a 45-minute video interview
