📋 Description

• Conduct scheduled Google Meet video calls with website visitors • Record a 30-second personal welcome video for each person who books a call • Welcome callers and present the company and its process • Answer questions about how the process works • Assess whether the company is a good fit for callers • Book qualified callers into a $99 evaluation with the clinical team • Follow up by email and text with people who need more time • Reschedule no-shows • Log every conversation in the CRM • Share caller feedback to improve the process • Hand off detailed health-history discussions to the clinical team without providing medical advice

🎯 Requirements

• Warm on camera and able to help people relax • Enrollment, appointment setting, patient coordination, admissions, or high-ticket setting experience • Health and wellness experience is a plus • Clear and confident spoken English • Quiet workspace • Reliable high-speed internet • Good webcam • Ability to work 30 hours/week within 9am–6pm US Eastern, Monday–Friday
