📋 Description

• You will own the further development of FunnelCockpit—from the initial product idea through to successful release. • You will translate customer feedback, company goals, and technical requirements into a clear product roadmap. • You will prioritize features, bugs, and technical improvements, ensuring the team focuses on the most important topics. • You will provide technical leadership and coordinate our development team, working with the team to continuously improve how we operate. • You will formulate clear, easy-to-understand requirements and acceptance criteria without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy. • You will contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, quality assurance, and releases. • You will test new features from our users’ perspective and ensure a simple, consistent UX. • You will work extensively with AI development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or comparable tools. • You will develop efficient AI-assisted workflows for planning, implementation, testing, code review, and documentation. • For important or complex topics, you will work directly in the codebase, create prototypes, or support the team with root-cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in digital product management, software development, or a comparable technical product role. • Strong technical understanding of modern web applications, APIs, databases, and software architecture. • Hands-on experience collaborating with—and ideally leading—development teams. • A strong instinct for UX, intuitive user journeys, and pragmatic product design. • Extensive hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development, for example using Codex, Claude Code, or similar coding agents. • You can critically review and test AI-generated code and bring it to production readiness. • You work in a structured, self-directed manner and make confident decisions. • You can distinguish between a fast, pragmatic solution and an architecture that is sustainable in the long term. • Very good German and good English skills. • Your profile will be particularly interesting if you have already managed a SaaS product or complex web platform, continue to code regularly, and have experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, automated testing, CI/CD, or cloud platforms.
