📋 Description

• Perform business analysis, configuration, and deployment of applications within the Digital Manufacturing Operations team. • Execute solutions based on strategic vision. • Recommend and implement process improvements and technical solutions supporting digital manufacturing solutions. • Promote process improvement. • Contribute to projects, enhancements, and problem-solving for ongoing initiatives. • Collaborate with factory personnel and internal and external business partners. • Work with Digital Manufacturing team members, subject-matter experts, and potentially external vendors to prioritize and scope work. • Deliver results according to expected timelines and value.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree plus 5 years’ experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years’ experience, in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field. • 7+ years in a technology field, including information architecture, information analysis, or software development team membership. • Ability to translate business needs effectively to software developers. • Technical writing and diagramming skills. • Strong SQL experience. • Windows Server applications support, troubleshooting, and testing experience. • Experience working on highly collaborative, large cross-functional projects. • Experience gathering business requirements. • Experience deploying and implementing small- or medium-sized projects. • Project management skills. • Broad understanding of manufacturing operations and key deliverables. • Experience working within an agile/Scrum team environment. • Technical understanding of digital platforms, data/function integration, and information architecture. • Excellent digital research methodologies. • Strategic insight into industry trends. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Mobile solutions skills are a plus, not required. • Bonus: SAP EWM Integration; SAP Production Planning, Material Management, or Quality Management; Azure cloud and mobile applications; C# or Java (JSP) application troubleshooting.
