📋 Description

• Design visual content for social media: carousels, images, short videos, reels and promotional assets. • Create engaging content consistent with the brand's visual identity and positioning. • Implement AI tools to accelerate creative processes, conceptualization and editing. • Execute content calendars and coordinate deliverables for multiple brands. • Provide direct support to the Marketing Director on campaigns, branding and visual proposals. • Analyze content performance to recommend aesthetic and strategic improvements. • Monitor, manage and provide technical follow-up for messages, comments and inboxes on social media, ensuring: • Recording and classification of relevant interactions. • Initial response according to protocols. • Escalation to other areas when appropriate. • Identification of audience patterns or needs. • Document and automate internal processes within the team (templates, publishing workflows, resource libraries). • Maintain visual consistency across all assigned platforms and brands.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital design and social media content management. • University degree (preferred): Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Visual Arts, Multimedia or a related field. • Equivalent verifiable experience will be valued if the candidate does not have a formal degree (portfolio and demonstrable results required). • Verifiable portfolio of visual work. • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva Pro and video editing tools (Premiere, CapCut or others). • Experience using AI applied to design and content (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.). • Ability to create reels and dynamic content focused on engagement. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quickly and accurately. • Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and high-performing formats. • Analytical skills to interpret visual and engagement metrics.
